Joanna Pranica came to the United States when she was 16 years old and graduated from Northwestern Business College in 1998 with a degree in Accounting. For the Last 24 years, she has a combined experience in loan origination and processing which gives her the ability to give her clients the most efficient and best home buying experience in the Chicagoland area. Joanna has held various positions within the industry throughout her career, so she truly understands what her clientsneed up front to make the entire process as smooth as possible from pre-qualification to closing and beyond. To maximize the ability to serve her clients, she joined Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in 2015. Joanna’s team share her vision, values, and strive to give the best home buying experience possible. Joanna’s passion for helping people achieve their dream of homeownership motivates her to continuously educate herself and discover better ways to serve her clients which is why she specializes in First Time Home Buyers, especially immigrants living one year in the US,  Conventional, FHA, VA, Homestyle, and 203K renovation loans.
